Diabetes: The $132 Billion Dollar Pandemic

Think about it. In most cases, Blood Sugar Premier you get symptoms of Type 2 diabetes several years before it even becomes a major issue. Sometimes you even feel your first few symptoms before you even have full-blown Type 2 diabetes itself. If you've never heard of prediabetes, you can think of that as the early warning system for folks who take awhile to get a message through their heads.

In some people's cases, this can take an awful lot longer than it ought to. Seriously, who in this day and age doesn't realize that you have to be active, and you have to exercise some discretion in regard to what you eat? If only common sense were more common, diabetes Type 2 would turn into little more than a historical footnote. But don't fret. Even if you do develop diabetes (and true, it isn't always even related to anything you did), you still have plenty of options. You don't have to sit there and feel sorry for yourself while your body slowly wastes away.

As a matter of fact, you can actually be healthier as a diabetic than a lot of so called "normal" people are. Seriously, have you observed the diets a lot of people consume these days? And we really do live in a world where some people consider it exercise to walk a block or two to wherever they are going, instead of getting in their car and driving there. Truth be known, diabetes is nowhere near as big of a problem as our dependence on modern technology. Beat laziness, and Type 2 diabetes will tremble before you.

You need to exercise every day. It doesn't have to be a three-hour "boot camp" session, either. Half an hour of brisk walking, coupled with something to keep your arm muscles from gathering dust will do the trick handsomely. Couple that with eating foods that have a low Glycemic Index (low GI), and pretty soon Type 2 diabetes won't likely be a problem for you.People have always had a difficult time with heart problems when they have the bad luck to go around with diabetes to start with.
