Sometimes players kill me with just one shot or gain hit-points juste 1 second after stop. Is there cheaters in the game or is it possible to kill someone with one shot ?

No to both questions. Your getting killed with 1 shot depends on your health, the gun the opponent's using, and how many weapon upgrades he has. Gaining hit-points 1 second after stop... that's the result of nanobots and health upgrades.
